The Minihouse has been realized with particular attention to the quality of the materials used and to the extreme care of finishes and details, creating refined but at the same time sobering environments.

Iroko solid wood flooring has been laid with Ecologica water-based paint, painted walls with Eco-based Silossanic paint that allows natural breathing and avoids the proliferation of molds. Thermosets powered by an eco-friendly condensing boiler, the 2 class A ++ air-conditioning units equipped with an antipollen filter.
In Minihouse everything was carefully chosen for the well-being of our guest.

The living room consists of a double bed room, living / dining area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer, digital TV and satellite, free wi-fi internet connection. Maximum hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms, bed linen and bath towels provided.

The minihouse don't host minors of 14 years.
